REFUNDS


If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Option 2 – Refunds Permitted: We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. (except Hair Mask products)  

 

TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS

When you claim a free trial, you’re automatically enrolled into our Full Wash Day Bundle subscription, which begins 21 days after your trial ships. If you do not cancel before that date, your card will be charged $64.99 and your full-size bundle will ship.

Subscription refills are billed and shipped every 2 months after the initial charge.

If you’ve already been billed and received a subscription shipment, and no longer wish to continue, you may return the unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • You are responsible for return shipping (typically $20).
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

DAMAGED ITEMS


Contact us within three days of receiving your package at info@ethnicgals.com.

CANCELLATION


Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, the buyer can return the item for a refund (except Hair products).


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS


Our prices change in response to demand, hair trends, inventory, and promotions, so, unfortunately, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


REFUND


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that it can take 2-3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

  • If you opt for a refund (instead of a store credit), you’ll be responsible for the cost to return the products to our distribution centre in Miami,Florida. You can use any carrier of your choice, as long as there is a tracking number provided.
