Shipping policy

For the United States, Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE Shipping. For orders below $60, please check the table below:

Carriers: USPS & UPS

Every order ships within 2-3 Business Days (excluding weekends).

Be sure to be present to receive your package and ensure the delivery address is secure. We are not responsible for lost packages by the carriers, but we will help you investigate any issues. Refunds or compensation for lost or missing packages will come from the carrier ONLY.

As we work diligently to ensure the quality of our handmade products, we ask that you allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped, even with priority shipping. Please note this excludes weekends and holidays.

For other single products (not Beauty Box Kit):

Since no signature is required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refund will be issued.

Single products are not shipped in boxes.

Processing Time:

Every order is shipped within a 6-7 day period. Please be patient as our products are handmade and prepared with great care.

🌍International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note the following:

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • These fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
  • We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees.

📝 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Ethnic Gals is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

The customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost
We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Ethnic Gals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that the order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Checking around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, building office)
Asking neighbors or household members if they received the package
Contacting USPS directly to open a delivery investigation

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
