Yes We accept return!!
Our policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't approve a return request.
- Hair products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Please provide pictures and email us with details relating to any issue, and we will get back to you within 1 day. (email@example.com)
All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details & photos within 30 days of when you received the items. Include your order confirmation number and your tracking number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request. We will get back to you within a day.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as hair products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
