Once your order has been shipped and picked up by USPS, the package is officially in the carrier’s possession.

At that stage, Ethnic Gals is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that the package has been shipped but there is a delay, we recommend:

• Contacting USPS directly with your tracking number
• Filing a missing mail request on the USPS website
• Checking with neighbors or your local post office if the package shows as delivered

📝 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Ethnic Gals is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• The customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost
• We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping
